Great and friendly customer service. I found their site randomly and only placed a small order but, I'll do my future business with these guys simply because of this good experience. Neal Rieger Va. About a year ago, thanks to a wonderful sales rep named Sarah and her patience with me and my endless questions and concerns, I was able to buy "Jerico" for my daughters 13th birthday. Sarah was very instrumental in helping me pick him out. She gave me great advise on the best way to care for him, supplies for him and lots of other information. We were even able to send her some pictures of Jericho "growing up" before we moved to Kentucky. We are very happy to say that because of her advice, Jerico made the move and transfer very well. My daughter and I would like to say thank you so very much for making the addition to our family a wonderful and educational one. My daughter loves watching him mature.Thanks again TurtleSale.com You've made a now 14 year old girls' dream come true.

Thank You so much. The little one we have is doing great, We love her/him.Gods little creatures are amazing. We are in the process in building a large indoor water pound for these guys. I am sure they will love their water world when we get it finished for them. I have never had a turtle before....They are truly magical, and worth so much. They have such wonderful personalities and give back just as much love as you give them. I just wanted to thank Doug for his informative guidance before receiving my new Leopard hatchling. He arrived healthy and isn't the least bit timid. He loves to eat clover, weeds and grasses in the yard, and I made him a winter's worth of blender grub made up of 16 ingredients, mostly from watching him eat as he strolls through the backyard with me. Such a little tuffy for a tiny guy. I named him Stanley, and, I swear, he knows his name!

Received turtles as was promised before 10:30 am. They were in
perfect condition. We are first time turtle owners and were given
great info when placing order. Justin took my order over the phone
and was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick the right
turtles. He addressed all of my concerns especially when it came to
the shipping process. We received them the very next day.

I recieved my second shipment of turtles today for my pond. Absolutely wonderful creatures and they will live happily in my acre and a half pond, stocked with minnows, frogs, and crayfish. Your company is wonderful, I thank God I found you guys. I am so pleased with your services and wonderful employees. My turtles sun themselves daily on an old log and quickly slip into the water when danger approaches. They eat the nimmows that die and seem tio be perfectly content. There are no people it is a pond in the middle of farm land upstate New York .
